TRX suspension training uses a strap with two handles. A versatile piece of equipment, the TRX suspension trainer can be used for a variety different exercises, with part of your body weight being used as the resistance.
Unlike many regular fitness devices that limit freedom of movement, the TRX trainer requires a more refined technique and trains stabilisation, meaning as your muscles grow stronger, they are trained to stabilise the body during movement too.
